Beth led customer acquisition and retention strategies and multi-channel marketing/branding campaigns that significantly grew revenue and profit. Additionally, Beth provided marketing leadership essential to executing IPO’s for three of the above companies.
Beth grew up working with her father, an entrepreneur who founded and ran a multi-store retail business, and has credited that early experience with her success in understanding the owner/founder/family mindset and perspective in small and mid-market companies. Beth understands how to promote and grow businesses consistent with the founding vision of the companies she works with.
If you ask Beth if Marketing is an art or a science, she will tell you it’s both. Successful marketing relies on a flexible approach to finding a defining artistic statement and logical, data-driven decision making. Marketing executives who balance these two things well will have a greater opportunity to achieve and exceed expectations. Marketing simply can’t work without a commitment to follow the numbers.
Beth holds a BA in Psychology from The George Washington University and an MBA in Marketing from Pace University.
